If you’ve seen photos of Maine in the fall, you already know—it’s stunning. September and October are some of the most popular months to get married here, and for good reason. The weather is cooler but still comfortable, and the foliage turns the entire landscape into a painter’s dream. In our opinion, September weather is the perfect blend between a Maine Summer Wedding and a Maine Fall Wedding… however that comes at the cost of HIGH booking volume.
Josie and I take in our highest number of inquiries for September, usually about 40-50 inquiries for the 4 (sometimes 5) available Saturdays of the month.

Winter weddings in Maine aren’t for everyone, but for the right couple, they’re absolutely stunning. In our opinion, you need a strong indoor venue in what you will lack in outside beauty. The one problem with weather in Maine: you never know what you’re going to get. We could have dead grass and bare trees in January, a muddy mess, if it gets too warm, or we could have the perfect magical dusting of snow on your big day.
